CONTEXT: The complex is located in Belgrade. The site is defined by the railway line, the tunnel, and the Senjak residential area, as a smaller urban structure, while the Prokop railway station represents a significant urban catalyst, acting as a larger-scale node within the urban fabric.
The new multiblock structure in the urban context represents the logical extension of the newly planned railway station Center Belgrade-Prokop.
CONCEPT: The designed complex represents a hybrid composition, created as a combination of an urban block and a small structure of urban villas, with a central square space, and platform. The proposed complex has three components: downtown, the platform, and the upper town. It can be divided into four functional sections: a garage, a business area, a hotel, and residential units.
